Q. Who selects the textbooks and supplies for the courses?

A. All textbooks and supplies are selected by the class instructor. These materials are requested and then ordered by the OCC Bookstore for both on and off site campus locations. Each textbook is ordered to enhance and complement what the instructor presents in class.

Q. Should I buy a used or new textbook?

A. This decision is based on personal preference. Most of the used textbooks are approximately 75% of the cost of the new book. As an example if a new textbook is priced at $100, a used textbook would be sold at $75. Used textbooks are less expensive, however they may contain highlighting and/or writing that maybe distracting to the student. All new textbooks are free of writing, marks and/or highlighting.

Q. May I charge my purchase?

A. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVER.
